The facility suits our needs completely.Very impressed with the representative Lily. She was very personable and knew her stuff. As you were forming a question in your mind she was answering it because she was so knowledgeable. Left no stone unturned.She's an exemplary employee.

We only needed storage for a month. Cubesmart was the perfect choice.

Customer service was nice and pleasant, however, when I want to take my first load to storage it was after hours and the door that I found closest to my unit was broke open…it would open, but I had to get creative to close it!The customer service person that I spoke to said that she would leave a welcome bag in the unit with the lock etc and when I got there, there was no bag…and a large trash can in the middle if my unit with a bunch of water in it…I dropped my stuff, after figuring out how to close the bay door, I had to run home and get my own lock and come back to secure my unit…that was disappointing!

This storage unit was wonderful before you bought it out. Since you did, the rent doubled in like two years and next month it was going to increase another $80. Also, for a temperature-controlled storage unit, the heat hasn't worked in months. This company is just more corporate greed bullshit that is ruining the U.S. and making people's lives more difficult all in the name of profit. If it wasn't for that, I would have kept the unit. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to NEVER use a Cube Smart storage unit. I hope this company collapses.

Leak in the roof for 2 months. I had to take off work and move things. No comp for damaged items or extra time spent.

Juan the facility manager was helpful and informative.The facility is clean and secure. The rental price is very fair. I am confident it will be the ideal place to store my belongings for the next few months.

Continual rising of rates was my biggest issue that forced me to move. I found a 10 x 10,for one year at $23. The facility has never been as well kept as it was with original owner.
