The process was so easy to get a unit. And they had promo and or discount for obtaining a new unit. And the price point is affordable and don’t have to deal with anyone it was self service. Also like how you enter the whole place with the app makes it secure. Enjoyed the welcome pack inside the unit itself.

The process to sign up with CubeStorage was very simple and easy to navigate. I was able to complete the contract within 10 minutes. And the price is reasonable as well.

Working with Lily was a pleasure she helped me find a larger unit than my current unit for a great price. She was knowledgeable and attentive.

Terrible problems with the facility. Climate control was unable to regulate humidity. Fire panel was broken for months. Elevator broken for extended period of time.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Building is cleaned and maintained well. I am only leaving as I no longer need the space, but if it wasn't for that then I'd keep it. Great place for storage.
