Craig was friendly, informative and a pleasure working with. The place seems very secure, climate controlled and clean.

I cams to unload my stuff with my movers. Had to wait for one hour until someone came and let me in. They were on lunch break and was supposed to come back at 2, they didn’t. Finally someone else came i. After i called the center number.My movers charge me by hour and i spebt one extra hour to pay them waiting for the storage person to be at hos regular job. Very very unhappy and disappointing.
