2 rent increases in 6 months is a bait-and-switch. Even if the new pricing hadn't made closer, more convenient options more affordable by comparison, I would have happily paid more money elsewhere just on general principle, to avoid giving CubeSmart my money.Beyond that, the facility itself was not great - the parking spot was more mud than gravel, and it was very difficult to turn out of the facility with a trailer due to a several-inch dropoff from the driveway. The location was absolutely terrible, as well.
