The location of the storage unit was miserable; when we got there, the employee told us to hide any valuables that might be in our cars because people regularly break the windows and steal things. Also, the ladder to access the storage locker was extremely unsteady and dangerous.

Poorly managed facility with non-working gate that has to be manually opened by pulling heavy locks and chains for 5 minutes. Facility had one dolley/trolley that needs to be shared by everyone using the facility leading to hour long wait. Customer service is not very useful and corporate fine prints are misleading.
