The service you provide at that 2529 Kenilworth Ave location is lacking and provides erroding value. The location restricts access to units by creating a bottle necks at two entries, with three other options available! This is all while raising rates.This makes real the 'enshittification' we see elsewhere and I would only recommend those location as a last resort. At least the app works.

The location im renting from only allows use of the carts during business hours and that’s a MAOR inconvenience for me so I will be looking to move soon

My storage had water damage to my boxes and rodent infestation

From start to finish was an easy process. No hidden fees so far and I was contacted the day I completed my reservation to see if I needed anything.

My property was damaged due to Cubesmarts negligence and the 5k insurance did not cover all of my items. And the Regional Manager was very nasty when I asked him if Cubesmart would pay for my belongings to be moved out.

The worst customer service and business practices, EVER!! Major price increases, erroneous late fees that were wrongfully charged, then made it seem like they did me a favor reimbursing me. I move my belongings to Extra Space Storage and the customer service is 1000% better. I can now speak on the phone to the on-site manager. With CubeSmart you call the local number and you get corporate office. CubeSmart Regional and District managers are morans, they must be related to the owners. The on-site manager is a nice guy but inherited problems that he can't fix because CubeSmart limits the on-site managers ability to resolve problems. It's just a big cluster. I will never under any circumstances store/trust anything with CubeSmart. I wouldn't a bucket of hair with them. They would find away to screw it up while over charging you.

Poor communication, no communication.Untruthful staff, Forced me to run and remove my items. Prior management kept payment simple, and had strong belief my items were safe.

Because since cube smart took over the prices have gone up and the facility has gone down and never cleaned. Mouse dropping lay around out in the open for weeks.

Everything was very quick and frictionless.
