One of the worst storage experiences I had since the ownership change. The “roof” repair work cause unnecessary dust and deterioration to my items that are important to me. There was no recourse b/c this wasn’t a unit to be considered damaged

The employers are lovely, they are very welcoming and helpful. The storage look like it is really safe. You have to use a code to get in, and it is easy to access your storage.

Cubs smart is the best because I have used so many storages and have bad experiences with them, but cubs smart has never give me any heard time any thing you asked them to. When I come back, I will still come and use cubs smart. Thank you for your good service.

The contract I signed was not fulfilled. The customer service was not helpful, and the false contract was not compensated. Overall, I did not feel helped by the employee, and the contract that I signed for the unit I bought was not fulfilled due to an error on their end

The service you provide at that 2529 Kenilworth Ave location is lacking and provides erroding value. The location restricts access to units by creating a bottle necks at two entries, with three other options available! This is all while raising rates.This makes real the 'enshittification' we see elsewhere and I would only recommend those location as a last resort. At least the app works.
