My property was damaged due to Cubesmarts negligence and the 5k insurance did not cover all of my items. And the Regional Manager was very nasty when I asked him if Cubesmart would pay for my belongings to be moved out.

The worst customer service and business practices, EVER!! Major price increases, erroneous late fees that were wrongfully charged, then made it seem like they did me a favor reimbursing me. I move my belongings to Extra Space Storage and the customer service is 1000% better. I can now speak on the phone to the on-site manager. With CubeSmart you call the local number and you get corporate office. CubeSmart Regional and District managers are morans, they must be related to the owners. The on-site manager is a nice guy but inherited problems that he can't fix because CubeSmart limits the on-site managers ability to resolve problems. It's just a big cluster. I will never under any circumstances store/trust anything with CubeSmart. I wouldn't a bucket of hair with them. They would find away to screw it up while over charging you.

Because since cube smart took over the prices have gone up and the facility has gone down and never cleaned. Mouse dropping lay around out in the open for weeks.

I informed the property a week ahead that I would be moving out by 11/1/2025..When I arrived on 11/1 my storage was flooded!! My bedroom set (wood) mattress and box sping, my leather couch, speakers, a wood desk, 2 tvs, clothing &shoes where all damaged by water and or mold. I was not called nor sent an email. When I arrived ppl where working on the roof. An email was sent out on 11/6 informing me that the units had a flood and to check on your units. Absolutely unexpected!! I have contacted an attorney!!

Took over storage building, yet failed to communicate with renters. No one on site.People that answer the phone lie & lie & lie.Happy with old management, paid and ran extremely fast.
