As a woman who goes to my storage space alone, I need to know someone will be on site at the posted hours.This store is not properly staffed and no one was on site during posted hours.Separately, the store manager (Jonae) was rude and condescending.

I gave it a 10, because of the area, sizes and good customer service.

The increase of monthly payments with out explanation.

Started renting at around $300/month. never was late on rent, and was on auto pay, yet over the course more than 4 years, constantly increased my rent in small increments, resulting in $635/month rent for the same unit. Yet, I could go online and set up a new unit in the same facility for $290/month. When I called CubeSmart headquarters, they couldnt understand why my rent had been increased to that amount but was told I had to take it up with the manager of the facility my unit was in. After multiple call attempts and multiple trips to office, manager was never available.

Best customer service of any storage company I've used

The manager Tia is super nice. Nicer than any of the other managers and customer service representatives over the years. She is accommodating and is always greeting customers with a smile. She's great and explains the fees well, even when we don't like the fee structure approach of storage units now.

My location manager provided the best customer service I've ever experienced using cube smart in Hyattsville, MD. Ms. Tia maintained a clean and operational. Ms. Tia always greeted me with open arms and a beautiful smile. She's an asset to this company; surprise her with a huge RAISE.
