For 3 years I asked for the weather stripping to be fixed on the door never fixed yet prices kept going up destroyed my stuff that was closest to door. Upon going to empty my unit a nasty girl in the office wouldn't help me au all yet Mr. Reyes a full in I believe was an amazing help and I thanked him unit it empty I will never rent from cube smart again

After just 6 months you increased my rent over 50%. I think that is abusive.

The price hike out of no where for no reason was ridiculous. It was already expensive for such a tiny unit. I was there for like 2 months before the price went up. The most you should increase is once after a year of storage.

Very good but 5 by 5 was half inch off

The facility is very clean, and very efficiently and professionally run. Christine, the manager for the property is an absolute delight to work with. She is so kind and so professional. Her customer service and sincerity are stellar! I’m so grateful for such a wonderful, safe secure and pleasant experience thanks to Christine!
