Price promotions

The parking lot is constantly wet and dirty. Somebody should address the consistent runoff from the car wash that backs up to the storage lot. Annual price hikes are excessive. The entrance gate is often broken. Although the representatives that work there are really nice.

Deidra was excellent in securing the unit size I needed and when I needed it. She was thorough in her answers to all my questions before my move in and the day that I did move in. She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I feel that my choice of choosing CubeSmart Self Storage was very good because of her expertise.

Facility was always squared away and neat and tidy. When we did need any help it was easy to get questions answered. The security gate was always functional and working, which is a big deal for self-storage in the area

The reason for the 10/10 is solely due to Deidre (hopefully I spelled this correctly)! I have been a customer at this location for several years now and Deidre has been absolutely the best. She is always kind and patient as well as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond to help and advise me when I was struggling to organize my units. This facility is a good location for me and it is well kept and secured.

It was fine had no problems
