Great experience

Reasonable price and no hassle.

Very helpful m, they would address ay issues right away and they are vey cordial and professional.

I rented two units at the same time--one small and the other larger--yet both cost nearly the same amount by the time I terminated the smaller unit. Also, the app was difficult to use for a variety of reasons, and the units were not very clean with a lot of dust, etc covering everything by the time I removed my items.

Price promotions

The parking lot is constantly wet and dirty. Somebody should address the consistent runoff from the car wash that backs up to the storage lot. Annual price hikes are excessive. The entrance gate is often broken. Although the representatives that work there are really nice.

Deidra was excellent in securing the unit size I needed and when I needed it. She was thorough in her answers to all my questions before my move in and the day that I did move in. She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I feel that my choice of choosing CubeSmart Self Storage was very good because of her expertise.

Facility was always squared away and neat and tidy. When we did need any help it was easy to get questions answered. The security gate was always functional and working, which is a big deal for self-storage in the area
