After one year they raised my rate significantly

We were referred by a friend that had rented from you previously. Everyone that we have spoken to from the customer service agent that set up the original reservation over the phone to the local contact/manager Kiyah has been very nice and helpful. The units were clean and easy to access.

Ease of reserving and location

The storage unit was taken care of, secure, and the employees were very friendly and helpful, especially Kaya at checkout. The price just got to be too much for us and we cleaned and made room in our garage for the things we were storing to save money.

Pricing and had unit for a while.Doors needed attention and price was too high.

Very helpful m, they would address ay issues right away and they are vey cordial and professional.

I rented two units at the same time--one small and the other larger--yet both cost nearly the same amount by the time I terminated the smaller unit. Also, the app was difficult to use for a variety of reasons, and the units were not very clean with a lot of dust, etc covering everything by the time I removed my items.

Friendly staff. So far seems to be a great place but only been there a week
