The rate was set to increase after too short a time and the insurance should be optional (I remember years ago before storage facilities required it) or at least less coverage at a cheaper rate than $15/month. The manager is not very friendly.

The people at Cube Smart in Indian Trail NC are magnificent. If this was Undercover Boss the two people would make all training videos. Cube Smart NEEDS to invest in the units.Cube Smart

Would have been higher but the day I started moving in, the back door right beside my unit was unlocked and cracked open. It is not a door used for loading and unloading so im unsure why it was unlocked and cracked open
