The unit was immaculate and the items remained in great condition .

The reason for the 10/10 is solely due to Deidre (hopefully I spelled this correctly)! I have been a customer at this location for several years now and Deidre has been absolutely the best. She is always kind and patient as well as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond to help and advise me when I was struggling to organize my units. This facility is a good location for me and it is well kept and secured.

It was fine had no problems

The rate was set to increase after too short a time and the insurance should be optional (I remember years ago before storage facilities required it) or at least less coverage at a cheaper rate than $15/month. The manager is not very friendly.

The people at Cube Smart in Indian Trail NC are magnificent. If this was Undercover Boss the two people would make all training videos. Cube Smart NEEDS to invest in the units.Cube Smart

Rent went up 200% 4 months

Started out at good rate price but went up 200% in 4 months ridiculous
