Maryann stocked us every single time we moved things out the storage unit. From running up behind us asking if we left equipment vs checking the cameras to see we did not. From chasing after our car because we refused to speak to her after she repeatedly came to us just profiling.

I called to cancel my unit and 7 weeks later I was billed again. When I called the facility they told me they assumed I still wanted it because the lock was left on the unit and I hadn’t filled out the lock removal form. Nobody notified me of the issue with the lock or about the form, no call back or email after speaking directly with someone to cancel and them checking the unit the same day and finding the lock. Lazy workers and blamed me for not called and confirming for a 2nd time that I wanted to cancel the unit. Wad also told I should have called the same day as the I was billed if I wanted a refund.
