Place is easy access and the girls that work there are very nice and helpful.

Would have been a long term, but it was way too high for storage.... $230/month for a 12X36 is higher than competitors

Rent went up, and when I asked to have my payment dew day changed I still ended up getting late responses and threats of late payment fines. Maybe I needed to be more clear. The only reason I rented there in the first place was the price and that's no longer a price I'm willing to afford.

Some power issues and Garage door operators are having problems..

The facility is really nice and the employees are outstanding (especially the manager Janice), but I'm not happy that the rates change every couple of months and I'm no longer allowed to pay for many months at a time. It's too hard to budget when the rates change constantly, and I don't like the inconvenience of monthly payments.
