The people are nice and helpful, but I found the communication difficult by email or phone.

Tom, the manager at the Irvine location, is always so helpful and kind. He has truly been so easy to work with and has been proactive in assisting us.Thank you.

If you have managers like Tom at this facility, I wouldn't recommend him as the face of the company. Very confrontational. Very rude and unprofessional. Coming at me with threats of eviction when I hadn't even finished moving in. Accusing me of sleeping in my truck.Meanwhile, all my belongings were still in, on, and around the truck, as well as in and outside the storage unit. Tom, the proud manager of the place, didn't like it that I didn't like being accused of something I wasn't doing. Resting and sleeping are totally two different deminors. I work a graveyard shift and have been going since the day before. It came to a point where he started getting in my face and spitting while he was yelling at me while I was defending the position of where I was with my rental unit.

Great customer service! the office has been very welcoming and friendly. Brand new roll-up doors on all the units. Great experience so far!
