My storage unit was broken into. Your security is lacking. Valuable personal items were stolen. Cubesmarts manager told me to file a claim. My claim was denied. Cubesmart is garbage.

I filled out the form online and it didn’t give me an option to turn in my insurance. It charged me for insurance and I wasn’t able to get refunded even though I already had it.
