You charged me $16 ore insurance on your website. You did not ask if I already had insurance. I do in fact. I asked for a refund of this unnecessary, superfluous and unlawfdul charge. I was told "there was nothing they can do". I left a message for the district manager, but never heard back. So time for dozens of public reviews I guess. Nicely spent $16, folks.

Gouging on the rent. And always raising it in July when the temperature inhibits moving out for a more realistic rent.You are WAY overmarket for the unut we had.

Maggie was very helpful and allowed me to take the weekend to get my insurance to add CubeSmart to my contract. I do like the easy access to the outdoor units, just not crazy about the prices going up every several months.

Access hours were good.

Too expensive and we don’t like the fact that you blow dirt into our unit.

Maggie went out of her way to help us and find the correct storage size for our needs. A worker from another location referred us when she was unable to fulfill our request. I am not sure of her name but excellent customer service there as well. I believe Maggie is her friend. We were very impressed with the whole experience.
