You charged me $16 ore insurance on your website. You did not ask if I already had insurance. I do in fact. I asked for a refund of this unnecessary, superfluous and unlawfdul charge. I was told "there was nothing they can do". I left a message for the district manager, but never heard back. So time for dozens of public reviews I guess. Nicely spent $16, folks.

The manager is very helpful

Gouging on the rent. And always raising it in July when the temperature inhibits moving out for a more realistic rent.You are WAY overmarket for the unut we had.

Maggie was very helpful and allowed me to take the weekend to get my insurance to add CubeSmart to my contract. I do like the easy access to the outdoor units, just not crazy about the prices going up every several months.

Access hours were good.

Too expensive and we don’t like the fact that you blow dirt into our unit.

Maggie went out of her way to help us and find the correct storage size for our needs. A worker from another location referred us when she was unable to fulfill our request. I am not sure of her name but excellent customer service there as well. I believe Maggie is her friend. We were very impressed with the whole experience.

Good servıce

I've was a customer of this Irvine location back in1994 for 5 years and recently since 2019 (small unit) and 2020 my latest unit and the location and the ease of driving up were ideal. . ..but also the way I have been treated by the managers there made it very pleasant and friendly experience. I'm elderly and handicapped and the Maggie, the Manager helped me on several occasions because I could not lift the door up nor could I reach the rope to close it so Maggie did. She also helped take three notebooks out and put them in my car. Maggie is a great asset to your company
