I love Rosa at the front desk, she’s easy to work with and always has answers for my questions. What I don’t understand is how you guys determine when you’re doing the rate increase.

Storage unit and area was very clean and accessible. The onsite mgmt was helpful. CS kept raising my rent like crazy. When I moved out of my big one, I was going to be paying $561 a month!! That’s a rip off. I don’t understand the logic. I’ve been a customer for years. You raise my rent till I had to downsize or leave but you’ll move someone in there paying half as much as I was. How does that make sense??

We were Happy about the CubeSmart facility as well as ease of getting in and out. And they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Only thing is they continue to go up in price. But I know that prices are going up on everything. So in all all in all our experience was great!

It's clean and affordable. I hate dealing with the elevator and putting my code and the doors don't stay open long enough for me to get my stuff in there. Why don't the carts provided have a lock on the wheel so it doesn't run away when I'm loading it? None of the storage places have that. My first cart load was a pain because carpet was wound up in all the wheels on the cart. I'll deal with it because the price is way affordable.

You priced this septuagenarian right out of the market. My fees increased by 44% in just 2 years. I placed several calls to the district manager to develop a better understanding of the price increases. She returned my call once but I missed it. I called her back at least five times but she never reached back out to me. That told me all I needed to know about CubeSmart. I plan to share my displeasure with this experience.
