Had a temp employee threaten to charge me $500 to haul off a television I had already confirned I would remove. I cleared out my unit and closed my account that day. The Manager and other employees were very empathetic and apologized profusely, but I cannot and will not do business with a company that hires someone with that horrible quality service. Perhaps they should do more thorough interviews.

I did not like how the prices kept going up. Storage here was becoming price prohibitive. Otherwise, I liked it here. I liked that it was air conditioned and secure.

Because there’s a $20 charge on my credit card from you guys that can’t be explained I don’t owe you guys any money that’s called stealing!
