Park Street location was conveniently located for my needs. Building was clean & secure. Staff has been consistent, professional and very helpful. Meiko has been a delight to work with! Because of the entire staff at Park Street I chose another CubeSmart location when I recently had to relocate.

Very impressed with the facility. The manager and staff were always extremely helpful. They always called me if there was a problem with the unit (from flooding rains to my card expiring and I forgot to update it with them).

Mike and others at Cube Smart have been very helpful to me over the years!

Overall experience was amazing and I like the fact that you pull up right there to the double doors the elevators are right there and the only thing that's a little confusing can be the elevator LOL but my manager at the Park Street location gave me very clear and perfect directions on how to utilize the elevator and she was very kind by calling the very next day as soon as I set up my account online the night before. So far very pleasant experience so it looks like they've earned a lifetime client in me ! Out with U-Haul and in with CubeSmart!
