Had rats get into our storage and damage items and it took forever to get resolved. Then when moving out called multiple times to say we moved out and it took about a week for a response after multiple voicemails. Finally got a call back and a Mindy was supposed to put us in as moved out and never did so I was almost charged for another month.

The gate was broken for weeks at a time recently and, I arrived to find it open on numerous other occasions. When I questioned the security of my van I was told I could always mount a security camera on it. That along with the frequent 3 or 4 rate hikes over 24 months totaling more than 25%for marginal service was the deal breaker for me.

There were roaches in my storage unit.

They dont allow service animals and the ladies were very rude and lied an said my service dog tried to attack them and had my lease terminated
