First you made me pay my full month of rent when I moved out the next week. They won't prorate & refund some of my money when my unit wasn't used for a week. When I moved out my belongings had roaches, spiders & spider webs everywhere.

Clean. "Frankie" is great, on-prem attendant. Thanks.Not a "10" because of the UN-friendly gate code. Other storage systems use the last 4 digits of one's phone number or a user-defined code. The LLLLOOOONNNNGGGG assigned gate code will never be remembered, and in 2026's Technology, you really should have a more customer-friendly gate code system for us.I'm sure your system is capable of this. Its just that you have not thought of US when you implemented it.
