Great customer service and receiving a welcoming gift bag with a lock and keys was magnificent. I am happy that I chose this storage facility.

Opening my account and getting access to the unit was seamless. Didn't have any issues accessing the unit when I needed to. Vacating and closing my account was also very easy. Customer support is very good here.

She was so helpful!! I had attempted to reserve a unit online; which I was unable to do or at least complete it. She walked me through every step and a applied the discounts that she could. And best of all, she had a bowl of my favorite candy, that she allowed me to partake in too many of!! 😂Thank you, 10/5 stars!!
