Your prices are high-, and your sales pitch/advertising to draw people in are deceiving. You have fees and prices that are exorbitant and not fair to the customer. My unit was only a small 5x10 and I paid nearly 150.00 a month for it….That is extreme and I am very happy to be vacated from your facility.I went there one time and the staff had wrongly overlocked my unit as well. I am lucky I was there during office staff open hours and the overlock was removed. Still, not cool that it was done to me…..The was in the month of December- when my unit was paid up until Feb 11th.I had a 10x10, also climate controlled, in another area of FL for 100.00 a month. I now have a 10x30, still climate controlled, with them for 250.00. It is a gated facility also.So, your prices are exorbitant, like I said. Your fancy buildings need paid for, but I am not renting your fancy building, just a unit……a small one at that and you were not fair with your price.

Rented for 4 months and the price was hiked $50

Increasing the cost of a 5X5 from 85 to over $100.00.

Team was super accommodating. Able to make changes while we were in route from or SFLA relocation to Jacksonville. Facilities clean and in good condition. Never questioned security. Highly recommend!

Only 1 elevator worked during 3 floor storage stay! Broke glass item and could not use dumpster @ facility. Will not be back

It was a very easy process to rent. . I rented a unit online with a move in date 5 days later. Within minutes, I had an assigned unit ready for immediate move in that same day. Super process!
