Excellent customer support

Overall the facility and the staff were fantastic. The building was always clean and the staff were always helpful when I needed. I would have moved more toward a 10 if there hadn't been a dramatic price increase just a couple of months in. To jump from approximately 50 a month to 75 is uncalled for. I would have stayed longer had it not been for the price increase.

The team here was very pleasant to work with. Gen and Arequita were exceptionally kind. They also made sure that all of my questions were answered.The unit was clean and easy to accommodate my items.

Great Customer Service

Customer service was very Great!! Ms A help us and explained everything we needed to know about pur storage. She gave us a tour of the facility and explained how easy and comfortable everything was at the facility We recommend anyone to go there.

They took the storage up from 45 dollars to 90$ . They didn’t state that they would add insurance on the unit before. Cube smarted added a lot of late charges even after I was paying 110$ for the smallest storage unit.
