Force to pay insurance

The space did what I needed. When I 1st moved in it seemed the door from parking lot to building was locked. When I moved out it seemed to be open. So security could be better. I supplied my own disk detainer lock. Yet they kept putting a sticker on the lock like it was a cubesmart lock.

Always kind and helpful

This year CubeSmart raised my rate 100.00. The company is very pricey.

I tried to sell back unused boxes like most places, will buy them back. I also did not get a credit back due to leaving before the end of the month. The place and staff was great and very clean. I also do not like the practice of raising rate, you are not the only one doing that racket. I will not recommend due to my experience. I am pretty disappointed.
