Ease and convenience for access

I love these units, but my rent was increasing with no control or end in sight. My rent was 1200, then 1400, and finally got an email saying it was going to 1800. I have two RV units so clearly the corporate people who control pricing felt like squeezing every dime, I cannot stay there for basically a mortgage payment.
