200$ a month is way too much for a walk in closet with a rat problem. We lost some stuff and had a total of 3 or 4 dead rats rotting on our things. We never complained because we was told by another tenant that there would be retaliation.

Quite honestly it was your staff. The friendly smiling faces when you enter and their cheerful disposition was priceless. They were fun, kind and helpful!! I haven’t had service like that at any business in a very long time. (They also immediately addressed our concern about tree branches and took care of it immediately. Thank you ladies for being so great!!
