Unit cleaned and ready to be rented. Staff very friendly. My movers had to change move-in dates. I spoke with Dotty and she told me she would move my date from 7/17 to 7/20.

Your storage units were so easy to Rent and use. Clean, easy access and affordable, I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt safe every time I went to the storage unit and never worried about my things while I was away. It was top rate place and if I need storage unit in the future I will definitely be using your CubeSmart self storage.

The facility is nice, clean and convenient but the price is high and required insurance only makes it higher.

I had an indoor, climate-controlled storage unit at CubeSmart for years. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and offers easy and convenient access. Management is very responsive to all questions and concerns. Communication is excellent. A few years back, there was a minor roof leak which was promptly repaired, and they contacted me immediately to inspect my belongings and make sure there was no damage.

I would have given a 10, but the price increases prevented that.
