The property and units were always clean and well maintained. The office has a very nice helpful person when needed.

You can change my rent monthly, solely at your discretion. The argument is you can leave at any time, sure I’ll just call the movers or my friends to move all my stuff to another storage that has the same rules. It’s a scam that should be illegal, you’re preying on people because you know that won’t do it. Calling my congressman

The location was convenient, clean and the staff there are helpful. I gave 3 points less because I was not aware I had to purchase a special lock that just fits your doors I can't use anywhere else at my home and lose $22.00 in the process that I can't get back on top of fees and rent. To me that is a hidden rip off. If you were the customer you would not appreciate that fact now would you?

The ladies who assisted me were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and was able to place me with a convenient storage unit.
