We are not able to trust this business. They said they would credit our account for insurance after move-in because we gave them insurance proof before move-in and then they charged us for the first two months of insurance. They also said that the increases we should expect would be about $10 in three months and it almost doubled. We moved out as soon as we learned that we couldn’t trust this business.

Staff was always friendly. However I did not like how CubeSmart raised my rate because I loss and had to update my bank card. Seriously.... CubeSmart never missed a payment from me. In fact I had to update my card info with all of my automated payments, right
