Outstanding service and great customer service and care

Great customer service and changing my parking location went very well and I was able to move to the new location the same day. The young lady that help us was very professional and assisted us with everything we needed to complete the move. She did a outstanding job. Thank you for the great service.

Because my stuff was stolen out of my storage and the insurance I paid for my storage didn't even pay me for none of my stuff that was stolen out of the storage I regret putting my stuff in cube smart storage !!!!!

Put storage in the CubeSmart Bay Meadows Rd. facility in Jax, FL.The two attendents Dennis and Lisa were very helpful and easy to work with.Glad I chose Cube Smart

The location I was at was somewhat in an unsecured location. When the gates open anyone on foot can just walk right in & for almost 8 months the entrance door that led to the side my unit was on was not working so I had to enter on the opposite side of the building. The homeless hang around, which can feel a unsafe in the evenings. Also it was not 24 hr access.

Cheapest option in the area for climate controlled, indoor unit, great customer service from staff while signing up, and ease of account setup/management through app.
