Clean and convenient.

I went to the facility to get my parking storage spot and pay. No one was in the office so I signed up online. I was charged a $16 protection fee before proof of insurance. I wanted to get a credit for this fee, because i provided proof of insurance and wanted the fee cancelled. I was told I had to pay the $16 eventhough it was the same day I signed up and paid and had not received any of the protection plan. I feel I should have been credited the $16.

The rent continuously goes up for long term tenants vs a MUCH better rate for new tenants. The one I just left was going up to $380/mo. yet advertised online for $110.00 HUGE DIFFERENCE. Also, rat infested. over half of my boxes in storage had evidence of being "eaten". The storage I am at now actually has rodent boxes in the units to help with this issue.

All three Cube Smart representatives at the Baymeadows location were very professional, helpful and courteous. I give them my top rating.

Your prices are ridiculous and the constant raising of prices is even more ridiculous. Giving deals to new customers while throwing your existing customers under the bus !
