Rental process was very easy. Able to find unit online and make reservation. Lisa called the same day to check on how I'd like to setup the account. I opted to do it in person. On site, Lisa smoothly took care of the process, showed me the unit and answered all my questions. Whole experience from start to finish was excellent!

Rental rate increase was too much just not worth the tiny unit I had. Unit was also in a Less accesable corner with poor lighting

Everybody was very helpful. I had no issues with any part of the moving in or moving out process the site is very safe everything is secure and locked. The girls at the front desk were extremely caring and took time to help me when I was leaving
