Staff were super helpful at check in and at check out. Very clear on expectations and very friendly.

Great customer service at the site.

Price gouging. Just because the contract says you can raise the rental rate yearly doesn’t mean you should. I didn’t get any extra benefits from two increases. Fortunately, I had an option to bring the items back home. Unfortunately, others who are in rental apartments don’t have that luxury. While the staff is pleasant enough … I was t willing to pay the fee. It is not my intent to spend over $2,000 a year renting from you are any other storage facility.

We moved to a newer CubeSmart that doesn't have the annoying code box at the elevators. Also, the elevators are VERY slow.

Everyone that works at this facility is super helpful, friendly, and communicative. I always felt safe, even when coming at night. The halls were always spotless. Highly recommend!
