Your staff at this location is excellent!

We moved to a newer CubeSmart that doesn't have the annoying code box at the elevators. Also, the elevators are VERY slow.

Everyone that works at this facility is super helpful, friendly, and communicative. I always felt safe, even when coming at night. The halls were always spotless. Highly recommend!

The business model, of increasing storage fees to rates above new customers, is horrible. After 4 years , I was paying about twice the rate that a new customer would be charged. Doesn’t say much for the loyal customer who reliably pays a their fees.Otherwise, The onsite staff was always available, helpful and professional. Great representatives for your company.

I had a 10x10 locker at the Park Street Jacksonville location. Friendly and professional staff, easy to do business with, I used my online account several times to update payment and personal information, facility was nice also. clean, never any issues with storing my belongings there. When I couldn't take care of something online the staff were always courteous and helpful.
