My husband and I have been happy with CubeSmart, except for one thing: over the past 7.5 years, our rent has increased dramatically. It was only after a fluke conversation with the staff at our location that we learned we could switch units to get a much better price. That said, the staff we dealt with did a great job.

Staff was ALWAYS on site and ALWAYS helpful, friendly, professional. I have been here over two years and Lakeisha has been FABULOUS🤩🤩🤩 My unit was everything I needed and staff went over and above to make it even better.

The staff up front I believe her name is Lakesha was so hospitable and customer oriented. She was very pleasant and professional. She made the sign up process run smoothly and we look forward to working with her each month.

The only reason it's not a 10 is because the rate always seem to go up.
