Heavy rate increases compared to other storage units locally. Quoted same exact size unit in the are and was 80% less including insurance. The overall location is great and upkeep of the facility was ok, the main door had issues on multiple occasions sometimes resulting in the door being ajar.

Easy to deal with and move in was painless

Your loyalty to loyal customers is terrible. I have had the storage unit for 11 years and you continually raised my rent to a level that was not possible to continue. Very poor business model. You would think that you would want to keep the units rented, isn't that the goal of your business? Mind boggling.

I like the facility's cleanliness, though the restroom could use more frequent attention. I did not like the price hikes, but I suppose that is an industry issue not a CubeSmart one.
