The office manager was very helpful. She explained the coding system that keeps the facility safe and secure. I was impressed with the office, the restrooms and how clean the entire facility was. Very good experience for a first-time renter.

In our current time in our country it is nice to see a company that promises and actually provides the service and at a reasonable price.

I have to contact them more than once to change my moving in date and Angelica and LaJoyce , at the Point Meadow location in Jacksonville, were always very helpful. On my move in date I had some problems with my code not being recognized but calling their 800 number someone help me right away.My unit was very clean and ready. The next day Angelica explain to me the steps to get it and out of the building.

I made a reservation for a certain day and the manager called me and said it was for the day before. I assume so they could get paid for more time renting.

Easy access, clean, store representative was.very helpful.
