Too many fees at checkout

When I checked in the staff was extremely helpful! I hadn’t moved down when I brought some of my stuff because I hadn’t found a permanent place to live and the young man who is helping me gave me lots of different advice about areas and places. He was great, and his name was Mikell.

The customer service was exceptional and I love the young lady who helped me with my move in. The building was extremely clean and my storage was ready and spotless. I will definitely and always use CubeSmart

The only consistent issue I had was the state of the doors. More often than not, one was completely inoperable. One time I arrived and neither were working so I couldn’t get in.One time I couldn’t access my unit because the floors were being redone. Things like this should be scheduled during the hours we don’t have access.Sign up is great. The employees were great. Canceling is super easy.

The office manager was very helpful. She explained the coding system that keeps the facility safe and secure. I was impressed with the office, the restrooms and how clean the entire facility was. Very good experience for a first-time renter.

In our current time in our country it is nice to see a company that promises and actually provides the service and at a reasonable price.

I have to contact them more than once to change my moving in date and Angelica and LaJoyce , at the Point Meadow location in Jacksonville, were always very helpful. On my move in date I had some problems with my code not being recognized but calling their 800 number someone help me right away.My unit was very clean and ready. The next day Angelica explain to me the steps to get it and out of the building.
