You are into advise the long term price for your units or how long the introductory incentive price is good for. Even your employee on site could not tell me. Botderline decptive business practice.

I had 2 units and hate the way ya'll increase the rent prices within 3-4 months after booking the unit. Predatory practices, but we live in a free market society. Additionally, the people in your front office at Point Meadows are helpful but could have a better attitude and occasionally smile when interacting with customers.

Easy to access my storage unit, reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff.

Very eady to work with and they solved a billing issue by phone the same day!

I picked CubeSmart due to the ease of setup to rent a unit. The place was very clean and required secure entry into the building and then to the storage unit. The temperature was always pleasant inside as well..

During the time I had the unit you almost doubled my price. I never once received notice of an increase. I feel this constant increase is unscrupulous, especially when I can go on line and see you are renting units at a much reduced price from what you are charging me. Why wouldn't you want to keep good customers?There are two sets of doors and one has been broken the entire length of my rental.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are very clean and well maintained.
