The increase in rates were the primary reason I left.

The staff has always been helpful when needed.On move out day, I could not find my key and the staff was exceptionally helpful coming to a solution and making sure I had all the tools I needed for a wonderful transition. The staff really made moving in and out seamless and as effortless as filling and emptying a 10x20 storage unit can be.

Location for me is excellent, online prices are very reasonable, initial start up process was easy and painless, upon first time arrival I was met with friendly service, the facility has a customer restroom which is fantastic and the facility for the most part seemed to be well maintained and overall clean.
