The office staff is very friendly and the unit I occupied was clean and well maintained when I moved my things in.

I am now a 3 time renter at Cube Smart. The different locations across the country have gotten better and better. From Florida, Texas, and back to Florida. Crystal was so fantastic and kind in person and went out of her way to make my check out process easy, and so did Chris on the phone!Furthermore, Crystal was extremely efficient and showed real initiative when she saw me clearing out my unit. She took note of the number and had everything done to wrap up the account by the time I stopped by the office before leaving. Give this woman a raise—or a promotion!! Official things like clearing out a unit and maintaining it from abroad stress me out, and as I am still in the middle of an international move back to the US after 8 years abroad, her kindness and capability had a profoundly positive impact. By making this one troublesome task much easier, she substantially elevated my view of the company as a whole while simultaneously lessening my ire at my small unit’s price being increased so much while I was away (to 119 from like 38 at first).Very very grateful for her cheery disposition.
