They get you in with a low rate and it continues to go up and up and up. Every 6 months! I could see maybe once a year of every 6 months seemed a bit much in my opionion.

I love Rosa at the front desk, she’s easy to work with and always has answers for my questions. What I don’t understand is how you guys determine when you’re doing the rate increase.
