You priced this septuagenarian right out of the market. My fees increased by 44% in just 2 years. I placed several calls to the district manager to develop a better understanding of the price increases. She returned my call once but I missed it. I called her back at least five times but she never reached back out to me. That told me all I needed to know about CubeSmart. I plan to share my displeasure with this experience.

Best one I checked in the area, pricing easy and clear to understand, contract simpler and with big discount . The place is clean, safe, easy to go in and out all day with a personal code. They were always so helpful and called me once when my unit was not locked correctly. I thought it was locked, but I did not have it locked correctly.
