Convenient location and very friendly staff.

Renting and move in was simple and done quickly. Anytime I’ve called and dealt with the staff, the have resolved my issues in a timely fashion.

Getting the unit set up originally and then later trying to change unit size was too much hassle and trying to debate with manager.example 1) I reserved online and when i came in I had to suffer through them trying to increase the price. waste of time.example 2). trying to downsize unit months later, i kept getting the runaround on the phone and then in person. they tried to increase the monthly price for a smaller unit. another waste of time.

CubeSmart should have a program for on going users. I have stored with you for several years. Increasing prices create a need to check out or move your unit to get a good price. Why do new customers get a better price than someone that rents for 3 years
