Scott is really helpful and guided us in making storage a stress free experience. The facility is well managed, super clean, very safe and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Went to put cardboard boxes in the unit I rented. it started raining while unloading the boxes. Got told that I could not store the boxes there due to the the boxes being wet. Got told to my face that they didn't want my business. Also when I closed out the account before the end of the rental term that no credit would be given for the days not in use. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

CubeSmart is well-managed, and the facility is top-notch. One criticism: After being a customer for only three months, I received a $30 monthly rental increase. Unfortunately, I was forced to find a more affordable storage facility.
