Clean facility with helpful attendants

Not very helpful to customers with waiving fees, not even as a one time courtesy.

The staff was amazing...attentive and will to assist when asked. The unit was clean and the facilities were well maintained. Very flexible access times and in a great location close to home.

Overpriced. Seems very bait and switch. No reward for customer loyalty (I got a second unit and it cost more than the first), even though I’m still a customer, I was told I can’t use the moving truck because it’s for new customers only.

The staff is always courteous, the facility is always accessible and clean.

Cost is out of control. Over $500 a month for a parking spot is not acceptable. Price was raised every year at a minimum, sometimes more often than that. Gate was constantly broken and left open during regular hours. Staff was difficult to get a hold of by phone during business hours.Found an equally nice site that is closer for $130 a month.
