Cost is out of control. Over $500 a month for a parking spot is not acceptable. Price was raised every year at a minimum, sometimes more often than that. Gate was constantly broken and left open during regular hours. Staff was difficult to get a hold of by phone during business hours.Found an equally nice site that is closer for $130 a month.

They randomly raise the rent. When they raised mine it was over $50 and due the next month.They have no concern or help with any issue.

The reason I gave a score of 6 is because I felt the monthly fee was too high for the space

I thought it was unreasonable to give me half the size of a garage size storage space after I explained the size of my furniture and the amount I had. On top of the $50-100 increase every six months to a year. I wouldn’t use this again or recommend it.
