Your rates become ridiculous, astronomical and out of control. It seems you do not like long term tenants for whatever reason. It doesn't seem a very good strategy.

I was given a spot and it didn't fit the needs I explained to them. Also, their are no resources for the customer at the property. The bathroom is even locked. Staff seemed aloof.

The facility was always clean. The only problem I have is the rate hikes once you get in there so it leaves you the option of either continuing to pay with the higher amount or moving all of your stuff out.
