It's very safe, and the way they systematized everything is top notch. The Employee that was working was very friendly, and knows his job very well, he also know how to explain things so you can understand easy.

It’s been a pleasure having your company as a storage unit but it became so expensive. Also, your store manager named Guyan -the office on 179-36 Jamaica ave. NY 11432 is a disgusting manager . He made us wait for over 30 minutes at the counter and when he came out of the room , he didn’t even talk to us, instead he kept on babbling so I couldn’t understand. When the other store manager came (Julienne) he helped us right away . Guyan doesn’t help him even when there were other people waiting on line. Julienne asked for his help but he just walked away leaving the office. It’s not nice.

_ inconsistent attendant. One person on duty so when away, office closed for up to 30 minutes- no prorated rate- first month free promotion not given to me- availability of van not offered to me. Also only availbe when checking in but not checking out.- would like longer hours of access at least 9 pm

Rent rates too expensive and unstable (the rent was raised every December).

The staff Konnie and Julien were excellent. They were helpful and informative. Konnie really made me feel welcome and that my business mattered.

Dont like how the pricing went high quickly, even said I have stage 4 cancer, my price didnt lower much, i had to move out finally, but the stuff at the front desk were nice and helpful

We weare in this store for more than 2 years. However, once new staff came, they are too much rude, unhelpful. So we are moving other storage nearby.
