The workers are very respectable and helpful. Take care about the needs and try to make it possible to make me feel comfortable.. also a clean environment. Inside and outside of the storage.

Friendly and helpfull staff just have to do a little better on pricing seems to keep going up when you were ti storage you had a flood in basement you called me a day later and was told to put a blame in I did and you removed my damaged merchandise which totaled about $3. 300 and than told me I was ent insured to find out that I was paying the extra 10 for insurance but never herd anything again you have my claim was unit 2039 but yet I stayed nevertheless .

Clean, The customer service is excellent; the staff are very friendly and always make sure everything is going well. The units are clean and spacious, with easy access for coming and going, and even the elevators are easy to use. Many the best.

It was clean the please but we found mice garbage and I know it was Arround my store room,

Rent increase should be once a year not every few months also stop charging us a fee to pay our unit online

There were rats also theybraised there fee so much every yr i was raised by $100 an i ask to have it reduced after being there for over 8yrs an they had so remorse at all they said they can't help so i moved out.
